Acetilenska hidrataza (EC 4.2.1.112, AH, acetaldehidna hidrolijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acetaldehid hidrolijaza (formira acetilen).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- acetaldehid acetilen + H2O
Ovaj neredoks-aktivni enzim sadrži dva molibdopterin guanin dinukleotid (MGD) kofaktora.
